These 9502S‑E‑15B screw caps are our most economical, lowest‑cost option for autosampler vials, providing reliable performance for routine laboratory workflows where cost efficiency is a priority.
The caps are fitted with white silicone rubber septa faced with natural (undyed) PTFE, offering the same inertness and chemical resistance as red PTFE, without added pigments. The knurled polypropylene design allows secure handling and consistent sealing during autosampler operation.
Designed for standard 9‑425 vials, these caps are suitable for routine HPLC and GC applications where dependable sealing and needle penetration are required, but ultra‑pure or MS‑certified components are not necessary.
